From Italy, this is a wonderful cotton tweed in red (PANTONE 18-1663) and natural white. Overall it has a summery, refreshing look, nice drape but a certain firmness too, and is a medium-weight suiting for warmer weather suits, jackets, fitted dress, skirt, etc. Dry cleaning is probably best, but test first if you wish to wash at home.
