NY designer black leathery ribs stretch brocade

From the sample room of a NY designer, this is a fantastic and versatile black stretch brocade, with a textured rib design and a leathery look that is just fabulous. The ribs have a more random look which is very appealing, and the fabric has 30% stretch in the width only with perfect recovery. A great alternative fabric for a leather jacket style! It's malleable but not drapey, works for day or evening and is best for more form-fitting garments. Make a fabulous jacket or coat, fitted dress or skirt, skinny pants, etc. Dry cleaning recommended.
