From an unnamed NY designer, this is a fantastic stretch matelasse with two knit layers that create a highly textured, puckered surface. The underlayer is flat and smooth, and the upper layer has all the texture. Lots of stretch and great springback in the width, just a little bit of stretch in the length. Perfect for body conscious tops, dresses, tees, skirts, etc. Can be dressed up or down. Beautiful quality at a great price! Hand wash cold, hang to dry (please test first!).
